Kōtare Grove, Rangitahi
Named after the birds and the trees - Kōtare Grove sits on the edge of the Rangitahi Peninsula in Raglan, overlooking the weaving estuary and rolling hills.
The front exterior provides a subtle glimpse of the tranquil vantage ahead, through raking windows and long external corridors leading directly through the house to the deck. The front entrance dips down, inviting you toward the view before revealing itself in mass from inside the doorway.

Modern Barn Inspired Home
We worked closely with this client, our architect, and interior design consultant to create this unique and beautiful home. The client’s inspiration for the design was the classic NZ barn with an A-Frame design, simple form, but modernised with black cladding and colour steel.
The internal materials used were chosen to provide contrasting colours and textures, keeping things bright, modern, and natural. What a stunning end result set on a lifestyle section in the Waikato.
